Our experience with Mindy both as a professional and as a person could not have been better. She worked tirelessly to find us a house appropriate for our budget and our needs, often extending herself far beyond our expectations. It is clear that she genuinely cares not just to make a sale, but to ensure that her clients are happy in their home long-term. She had tremendous insight into every step of the process, which was perfect for us as first-time buyers and eased our transition into the role of homeowners. I can't recommend Mindy enough!

I am thrilled to share my experience working with Mindy Gerstein from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. From start to finish, Mindy exceeded every expectation during our buying process. Mindy brought unparalleled professionalism, deep market knowledge, and a genuine commitment to our needs. She made what can often be a stressful process smooth and enjoyable. She negotiated quickly, creatively, and wisely with our proposal wording, ensuring we didn’t lose the house. When it came time to negotiate, she went above and beyond to secure the best deal. What truly set Mindy apart was her personal touch—she was always responsive, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and confident in every decision. Thanks to her guidance, we found our dream home, and we couldn’t be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Mindy Gerstein to anyone in need of a trustworthy and exceptional real estate agent.

We had a fantastic experience working with Mindy. She was helpful on the purchase of our new home and the sale of our existing. Really knowledgeable and personable. She knows the Westchester market extremely well and is very easy to work with!. Can't say enough positively here.

We will not hesitate to work with Mindy once again. She is very knowledgeable about the local housing market. She is very professional, patient, positive, attentive to details, and has great contacts with attorneys, inspectors, and service providers. She will tell you about pro and cons about the house, street, and neighborhood before or after showing the house. Her partner Valerie is also very pleasant and easy to work with. She would spend a lot of time analyzing the house after showing.

Mindy is excellent. Very knowledgeable. Good advices to first time buyers like us.

She on top of everything in the market, the best agent I have dealt with

I really can't say enough about my incredible real estate agent , Mindy Gerstein. I would highly recommend her to everyone! As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns.  Mindy was incredibly attentive and understanding during my search and was determined to find the right fit for me. She answered all my questions with clear and understandable answers.  She always let me know as soon as a new property came on the market and immediately booked showings. Her depth of experience was evident and clearly an asset.  She knew which neighborhoods to target and which properties were appropriately priced.  She spent numerous days with me going from listing to listing all over Westchester.   She was available at all hours, and brought me to properties evenings and weekends.  She never lost patience with me and always went the extra mile.  She was able to find the perfect home  for me within my budget, and when the time came, she was a savvy and tough negotiator on my behalf. I truly cannot thank Mindy enough for all the hard work and time she put into my purchase.  She always made me feel like her priority.  She held my hand through what I found to be a daunting and overwhelming experience.  I am certain that she would be the best choice for anyone in the real estate market, she really is that good!
